Yes, we welcome everybody to visit us in Dongguan, whether you are a customer or not. Please contact us to arrange a time.
Q: Do you offer support and after sales service?
Yes, we do. We offer professional support in several languages and tech support is available for each product as PDF downloads. If the products you receive from us are damaged in anyway, then we will refund or replace the faulty items as agreed in our contract.
Q: What should I do if my machine is damaged by your components?
While this has never happened to any customer dealing with TMK, we will support you in this and take it seriously should anything like this happen. You would need to prove the damage was caused by our components, and we would compensate you for any losses.

We accept TT, L/T, Paypal, Western Union and other methods.
Q: Can I see samples / test reports / demonstrations?
You can make reasonable requirements to see test samples and we will supply free of charge.
Q: Do you have any product videos?
Our components are relatively small with no moving parts. We have high resolution pictures to show you. If the pictures on our site are not enough, please email us.
